Description
The 'Sparks' pepper fruits are small, elongated-conical with a pointed tip, oriented upwards, and arranged in clusters on the bush. Their length is 5.5-6 cm, and width 0.7-0.9 cm. Fruit color changes during ripening: from yellow at technical maturity to orange and bright red at biological maturity. On a single plant, fruits of all three shades can be present simultaneously, enhancing the plant's decorative appeal. The taste of the fruits is spicy with a distinct pepper aroma.
The 'Sparks' variety is highly stress-resistant and has a long fruiting period. It requires minimal care, prefers sunny locations, fertile soil, regular watering, and complex fertilization approximately every two weeks. Pepper is ideal for spice preparation, drying, pickling, salting, as well as for making spicy sauces and seasonings. Thanks to its flavor qualities and decorative appearance, this variety is an excellent choice for both culinary purposes and decorating home or garden spaces.
