Vyatich

VYATCH pepper is an early and mid-season variety of sweet pepper, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings. Plants have a compact semi-spreading or low-growing habit, reaching heights of 40 to 60 cm. The ripening period varies from 110 to 125 days, allowing harvest between July and September. The variety is characterized by stable yields, reaching 7–7.2 kg per square meter, ensuring good production volume when grown.

The fruits of VYATCH pepper are large, conical, weighing from 75 to 130 g, sometimes up to 200 g. In the technical ripening stage, they have a light green color, and in biological ripeness — bright red. The fruit wall thickness is 5–7 mm, giving them density and juiciness. The flesh is tender, sweet, and possesses excellent flavor qualities, making the pepper suitable for fresh consumption, home cooking, and processing.
