Description
The 'Cesarevich' variety is suitable for cultivation in open ground, greenhouses, and under plastic coverings. The plant prefers sunny areas with light, fertile, and neutral pH soils. For planting, seedlings are recommended: seeds are sown in February into seed trays with soil mix at a depth of no more than 1 cm, then covered with plastic or glass and placed in a warm location at 23-25°C for germination. Seedlings are transplanted into open ground in early June with a spacing of 40x40 cm.
For successful cultivation, 'Cesarevich' pepper requires infrequent but abundant watering with warm water and responds positively to nitrogen fertilizers. Crop rotation with crops such as carrots, cabbage, beets, legumes (except peas), and cucurbits is recommended, while avoiding planting pepper near cucumbers. Yield of the variety reaches approximately 3.7 kg per square meter, making it attractive for gardeners and farmers who value the combination of taste and productivity.
