Mustang

Sweet pepper variety Mustang is a medium-height, semi-spreading plant that forms conical fruits weighing from 89 to 110 grams. In technical ripeness, the fruits have a yellowish hue, which changes to bright red upon reaching biological maturity. The fruit walls are 6 to 8 mm thick, providing a rich flavor and pleasant texture. The variety is characterized by early ripening — the first fruits can be harvested as early as 95-110 days after germination, allowing for harvesting by the end of July.

Mustang is distinguished by high yield and versatility in use. It is suitable for fresh consumption as well as for canning, freezing, and other processing methods. Yield in open ground reaches 2.8 kg per square meter, while under plastic covers — up to 6.7 kg. Due to its good transportability and cold tolerance, the variety thrives in various climatic conditions, including cooler regions.
